🔧 Operation Flow

1. Pre-Treatment Cleaning

Remove dust, oil, rust, grease, and coating contaminants using the cleaner. Proper cleaning ensures maximum penetrant penetration into surface flaws, improving accuracy and reliability.

2. Penetration Application

Spray the red penetrant evenly from a distance of 20–30 cm.
Allow 2–3 minutes dwell time (extend in cold weather).
Ensures dye fully enters cracks and defects through capillary action.

3. Cleaning the Surface

Wipe off excess penetrant using a dry cloth, then finish with a cloth lightly moistened with cleaner.
Do not spray directly onto the part to avoid removing dye from flaw areas.

4. Development

Apply a thin, even layer of white developer to draw out penetrant from defects, producing bright red visual indications for easy inspection and documentation.
