Application and Features 

• KTS-60 is a 65%Ni-30%Cu-3%Mn-2%Ti Ni-based alloy
• The proper amount of Mn and Ti helps reduce hot cracking and porosity
• Suitable for welding Monel 400/404 and ASTM B127 Ni-Cu alloys

Welding Position

Welding Instruction

• The welded area should be thoroughly cleaned
• Heat input should be kept as low as possible, and interpass temperature controlled at around 150 °C
• Please refer to GTAW welding precautions

- Suitable for welding heat exchangers, pipelines, vessels, and evaporators in offshore engineering, petrochemical, and power industries
